It’s time to work on improving your running speed. For some, this is easy, for most, this is very difficult.

For distance:

Start off walking for 60 seconds
At the end of 60 seconds, sprint AFAP (as fast as possible) for 30 seconds.
After 30 seconds is up, start walking again for 60 seconds.
Repeat this 30-60 process a total of 5 times
