It’s time to work on improving your running speed. For some, this is easy, for most, this is very difficult.

For distance:

  • Start off walking for 60 seconds
  • At the end of 60 seconds, sprint AFAP (as fast as possible) for 30 seconds.
  • After 30 seconds is up, start walking again for 60 seconds.
  • Repeat this 30-60 process a total of 5 times
