Starting Monday, October 7th, we will begin posting daily basic training workout routines every weekday morning. These workout will consist of many cardiovascular and cross-fit style training excersizing designed to improve your fitness levels in preparation for basic training.

These workouts will try to be as mild as possible, but sometimes they will be extremely difficult. Your goal is to simply do your best each day. Whether you’re goal is to workout everyday, every other day, or whatever the case may be, our daily basic training workouts will help you get up and get ready for basic training.
