Skill Level 1 Performs unit or DS/GS maintenance on tactical utility, precise power generation sets, internal combustion engines, and associated items of equipment.
Skill Level 2 Perform duties in preceding skill level, supervises lower grade soldiers, and provides technical guidance to the soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties. Repairs/overhauls starters, alternators, generators, fuel injectors, voltage regulators, switches, control circuits, etc.
Skill Level 3 Perform duties in preceding skill levels. Supervises activities of a section performing unit or DS/GS maintenance on tactical utility, precise power generation sets, internal combustion engines, and associated equipment. Applies maintenance management and quality control including production and quality control in maintenance activities.
