You’ll find this out in the real Army, nearly every thursday is ruck march thursday. So what is a “ruck march”? A “ruck” is the large backpack worn by soldiers, and is also known as a “molle pack”. You simple fill it with weight, and walk a certain distance for time. The Army ruck march standard is 12 miles, in 3 hours or less, with a 35-lb pack. You, of course, will have to work up to this standard.
