Skill Level 1 Prepares scripts and news copy for AFRTS radio and television programs and participates as host, announcer, master of ceremonies, and actor in radio and television broadcasts.
Skill Level 2 Performs duties of and provides technical guidance to personnel in the preceding skill level.
Skill Level 3 Supervises the operation of radio or television broadcast section or element.
Skill Level 4 Supervises the operation of AFRTS affiliates or comparable broadcast activity, to include separate broadcast section, team or detachment.
